Sarah began her research career in the private sector, where she developed an interest in health research. After obtaining an MSc in Health Psychology from the University of the West of England, she moved into the area of mental health and wellbeing, working simultaneously in academic research and clinically in the NHS delivering psychoeducational workshops and CBT sessions. Now based in the Centre for Psychosocial Research, Occupational and Physician Health, Sarah is devoting full time to her research into the mental health of doctors, which forms the basis of her newly started PhD.
Sarah continues her role as Research Assistant in the School of Medicine at Cardiff University.
